Welcome to 404: Job Market Not Found — a blog and space built for the exhausted, the ghosted, the “still no callback” crowd. We’re here to vent, to learn, and to survive this broken job market together.

This site exists to elevate real stories and real frustrations. We encourage:

• Authentic experiences — the good, the bad, and the mentally draining.

• Respectful disagreement — we’re not all in the same industry, timeline, or mindset.

• Helpful insights, resources, and hard-won advice for fellow job seekers.

• Supportive comments and empathy. You don’t have to fix things — just be human.

What’s Not Allowed (and will get removed)

We have zero tolerance for the following:

• Hate speech or harassment — including racism, sexism, transphobia, ableism, ageism, xenophobia, or anything targeting marginalized groups.

• Personal attacks — Critique ideas, not individuals.

• Spamming, scams, or shady promotions — especially fake job offers or links to external services.

• AI spam — Comments that are clearly AI-generated without context or human input will be removed.

• Trolling or derailing discussions — especially if it's in bad faith or hostile tone.

Moderation Policy

We manually review reported comments and posts. Anything that violates these rules:

• Will be removed without warning.

• Repeat or serious offenses may result in a ban from commenting or interacting with the community.

We also reserve the right to shut down comments on any post that attracts harmful behavior or violates the tone of the blog.
